By installing, accessing, or using the qwip browser extension ("Extension" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.

Do NOT use qwip results as the sole basis for: legal proceedings, content moderation decisions, plagiarism accusations, or any action that could harm someone's reputation or livelihood. Always verify through multiple sources.

Current accuracy: ~85% on test datasets. This means approximately 15% of results may be incorrect. Accuracy varies based on image type, quality, and AI model used to generate it.
We make no guarantees about future accuracy, especially as AI image generation technology evolves.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QWIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.
